Order

How can I place an order?

Select a category from the drop-down menu, browse for an item you like and select it, you are going to be redirected to the product page, where you will need to select a color, size and add special requirements if needed.

Can I amend the order?

To make sure every order will work for you and come as expected, we will always send you the confirmation email to double confirm the order, you are still allowed to tell us your requirements of the order in certain time. In order to make the order arrive by schedule, orders will be processed after confirmation or no query submitted in 12 hours from the confirmation email. Please understand that orders once been processed are not easily or possible to amend due to schedule, material and tailoring cost .

I would like to cancel my order.

Don't worry as long as your parcel for your non-custom product wasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.

Can I have more discount on multiple or bulk orders?

We have tried the best to make most dresses in reasonable and affordable price. To make every girl will have their flattering styles on their event, we are glad to do a deal on the bulk orders according to the amount and quantity. For more discount details, please contact our online assistant or email us.

What are special requirements?

If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Can I pay with my Credit Card?

Yes, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards which include but are not exclusive to Visa and MasterCard.

I want to pay but why the payment is declined?

We believe that every customer will enjoy the safe and convenient shopping here, as we provide the most popular payment option, Paypal, Credit Card/Debit Card. But unluckily if your payment is declined, don’t worry, we have got you here. That is because of the restriction from the bank system, there are many factors take effect, such as cards used another place, frequently used recently, etc. You will just need to use another card or make a call to ask your bank to lift that restriction and try again.

Is my payment secure?

Definitely yes! We use the highest industry standards to secure our website and the payment process. Hebeos.com is fully PCI compliant and certified to process payments. Every bit of the information you provide to us is processed encrypted through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Where can I redeem my voucher or discount code?

During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific code, it will be applied to the whole shopping cart.

How many times can I use the discount code?

Each purchase once, for as long as the promotion is active.

I have signed up for your Newsletter, where is my code?

Due to regulations, you need to go into your mailbox and activate your Newsletter subscription, the code will be shown after clicking the activation link.

Size

How to know my size?

Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

How to measure myself?

We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.

 

- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

 

- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

 

- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

 

Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

My body measurements don't fit a specific size!

You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.

Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?

There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Shipping

Which Shipping options are available?

We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. We have great wholesale rates and your trips to our tailor workshops.

How long is the delivery time?

When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 7-8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.

Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?

Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Return&Refund

Can i return the dress when i receive it?

You can return the dress and get refund if there is anything wrong with the dress you received.

Where should i return my dress?

You need to contact our service team to get a return form before you return the items.Please don’t return it to the address on the parcel.

I returned the dress, when can i receive the refund?

We will arrange the refund upon receiving the dress you return.Generally,you will have the refund in about 2-5 days.

How can I ensure the size and color work perfectly for me?

We understand the importance of a perfectly fitted dress.

To ensure a great fit, please select your size according to the size chart or provide us with your exact measurements when placing your order.

Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and surroundings.

We recommend ordering fabric swatches from our site to help you make the best decision.

How can I measure myself

We provide a size chart and a "How to Measure" guide on each product page. Alternatively, you can check out our size guide for detailed instructions on measuring yourself. Please take your time to measure accurately, as this will ensure that the products you receive fit your body perfectly.

How to Care & Storage or Cleaning & Ironing?

Care & Storage:

• Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

• Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

• If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

 

Cleaning & Ironing:

• Do not wash

• Do not dry clean

• Professional spot clean only

• Steam iron the dress at a low temperature

Why can’t I log into my account?

Please double check if the email address and password you put is correct. If you still can't sign in to your account, please contact our Customer Service team with your account information and details of your issue. They will liaise with our technical team to help resolve it.

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you don't need to register to place orders.
